all states should have this for sure... I would never live in a state where I would not be allowed ...

all states should have this for sure... I would never live in a state where I would not be allowed to protect my own home/family from some idiot breaking in.

You know it would be kind of funny if the music teacher (the shooter) sued the BG's family for emotional distress/damages. They said they did not want to return to the house due to the events of that night. That would be poetic justice!

I wish every State had the Castle Doctrine, But I don't give a Rat's A** what the Law is here in Ga. Someone breaks in my house with a Firearm they will be found lying in the floor in my home when LEO's arrive and I will take my chances in court But I will no matter what defend myself and my family.

NOW THE POPULAR MUSIC TEACHER WHO SHOT THE INTRUDER IN FEBRUARY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH HAVING SEX WITH STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN HIS CLASSROOM!!
