You know it would be kind of funny if the music teacher (the shooter) sued the BG's family for emotional distress/damages. They said they did not want to return to the house due to the events of that night. That would be poetic justice!

I wish every State had the Castle Doctrine, But I don't give a Rat's ***** what the Law is here in Ga. Someone breaks in my house with a Firearm they will be found lying in the floor in my home when LEO's arrive and I will take my chances in court But I will no matter what defend myself and my family.

Of course the law is not always only for the good guys:
