This is good news. I don't expect we'll get reciprocity with DC anytime soon though.
DE now has CWP reciprocity with SC It looks like we can add another state to our list. Delaware has SC listed under their reciprocity list but as usual SLED is way behind the ball on updating their site. Delaware Department of Justice - Attorney Generals Office

The reciprocity maps still how DE as NOT honoring SC permits.
Still no reciprocity shown on either site...Could it have been rescinded?
South Carolina is no longer listed on the Attorney General's list either, which was updated in 2011. Bummer.
