What is your trigger???

Think about this for a while...What could possibly trigger your fight or flight response in a survival bug out situation.
Is it water coming up to the back door?
Is it black helicopters circling overhead?
Is it a news report of matial law?
Is it a sighting of UN blue helmets on soverign US soil?

Every one and every thing has a trigger for fight or flight.

Make sure that if and when you personally decide to bug out that you have followed the appropriate response and not lingered too long in the hot-zone what ever that may be.

Remember it is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

That being said practice doing without a few things here and there and get your priorities together...you may just need your preconditioned responses sooner than you think.
