Senate "disses" America's veterans' 2A rights

Hey Jay, you may want to read the following about the Clinton administration where the names were turned over. They may not do it now but it was once done.

Protecting Veterans' Second Amendment Rights

Yep, it was done under the law regarding a Veteran's ability or inability to handle his/her finances. Had nothing to do with PTSD. Wasn't right, I agree, but legal.

HR 2640 did a lot of defining, and re-defining, and provided redress for those wrongfully affected.

Not everything about HR 2640 was a "good thing" but at the same time, it's not the horror painted by many in the firearms community.

Well, I read these posts on this and have to say that I am not at all surprised at this new step, no matter how big the step is, at trying to chip away at our gun rights. Homeland Security's own Janet N. even said that veterans should be watched because, according to her "expert" view, they have been trained on weapons and tactics. What a croc. She probably hasn't even fired a BB gun in her life or served in the military, but I'm sure she would tell all those who have all about it.
