This email is going around the internet now and has been posted on several fora I read. If it isn't a genuine email form someone who has first-person knowledge of the event, it certainly agrees with what all of us who know people living on the border have been told. That is a frightening and dangerous situation every day for those who live there and it is well past time the situation was addressed.
