And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment. This has happened in other countries, past and present!

Let me remind you one more time there will be two justice sitting on the bench of the highest court in the land One has been recorded by saying the courts are a way of making new legislation. The other one has no exprince in being a judge what so ever. They are mirror images of obama they will not rule against the man who place them in their seat. And who will stop them from ruling for obama?

I understand that but remember that simply maintains the status-quo. Nothing has really changed in SCOTUS and won't unless one of the conservative judges retires or leaves due to illness or death. The other thing to remember is the 2/3 vote of the Senate to ratify a treaty. Combine both of these and it makes it very difficult to have a treaty of that nature. Of course if the sheeple haven't learned and vote the same one's in again anything can happen.
