"TECHANICALLY" the 2nd. amendment does not give anyone the right to bear arms. Right are human and absolute. The 2nd. amendment tells us what the government cannot do.
Somewhere along the way our politicians forgot they work for the American people. I think they will be reminded come election day and the career politican will be kicking rocks down the road.

And if you really want to blow their minds try telling them The Declaration of Independence states that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights. What a concept. Our rights come from God not government.

Better yet, get them to understand that they have been misapplying that Supremacy Clause and have even been using to do the opposite of it's intention.

One must be wary of the mentality creating the problem or the law creating the crime.

I think it ********** matters what the new AG thinks of the 2nd Amendment. He's not going to be able to do ****** about it since the 2nd Amendment reads "shall not be infringed."
He cant do anything anyway. All he could do is cause another Ruby Ridge like this country has never seen!
