Kagan Might Not Be As Anti-Gun As We Thought

Every time I read the title of this thread it makes me cringe - how stupid some people can be.

It is obvious that she is well versed in deception, but she is up against so much evidence of her own making that I am, quite frankly, surprised that she is getting such light treatment from the Republicans (note that I did NOT refer to them as "conservatives"; they no longer deserve that title.). I mean, faced with an obviously unpopular piece of rule making of her own design, she would not even admit that she wrote it, although she did admit that it was written in her handwriting!


She is young, and she is as far left as our current president. Terrible, terrible choice for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.

Boomboy, I am no longer surprised by anything our bureaucrats do. The only thing that might surprise me is if some of them did the right thing.

Stacking SCOTUS is another tool in the socialists' arsenal to take over this country. Imagine: we were 1 vote away from losing major on the recent 2A decision (which was weak enough as it was).

Kagan's gonna get in because the GOP is too limp-wristed to fight (when are they gonna learn this is a WAR for our country?). The balance will stay the same but we sure as hell cannot afford to lose any of the 5 who, at least, have some pretense of support for the Constitution.
