    Default castle doctrine

I'd like to see all states enact the "Castle Doctrine" to help people protecting their home and family.

I'll go a step further, castle doctrine and immunity from civil liability in a justified use of deadly force. Un justified? Your on your on your own. But if you are found to have justly used your gun in defense of yours or someone else's life. The dirt bag and his family should not be able to sue you for any reason. That's what I'd like to see happen!

I agree 100%. Why should a scumbag or his heirs profit from his wrong-doing?
I don't carry a gun to kill someone. I carry a gun to avoid being a victim! Gary

Texas has this and it was about time, still you will most likely be sued.

Oklahoma has a pretty strong castle doctrine and immunity from civil liability in a justified shooting
