Default King Bloomy Takes Shot at UTAH for not being like New York fascist Gun Control

News Flash to Bloomberg! There is a whole country West of New York City that
    A. Doesn't Care what you think.
    B. Doesn't know who you are.
    C. Could give a crap about what New Yorkers think.
    D. All of the Above.

Bloomberg Report Takes Aim At Mormon Church For Online Gun Sales

Just because the People of New York City were stupid enough to let you set your self up as KING don't think the rest of us are that stupid.

4 Sure. Bloomy ran his term limit as mayor so he changed the law so he could get another term.

Brett Atkinson, general manager of the site, insisted that KSL is a "responsible corporate citizen" that cooperates with law enforcement, and "frequently reviews its policies and procedures."
But its own internal reviews have yielded little change in its approach to gun ads--even as local police have raised concerns.
According to an article published last March in the Deseret News, which is also owned by the Mormon church, KSL considered eliminating the firearm category from its site altogether, under pressure from state law enforcement.
I guess its possible that the local police and state law enforcement agencies have been overrun with New Yorkers

According to the Bloomberg report, KSL.com had the third-most active gun listings of any site on the web during a 100-day period last year (2,713), coming in behind only large specialty firearm sites Gunlistings.org, and Armslist.com, and beating out even Craigslist.
Of course it beat out craigslist. CRAIGSLIST DOES NOT ALLOW FIREARMS LISTINGS ON ITS WEBSITE. craigslist | about > prohibited items

He continued: "If you're going to [facilitate sales] for something deadly, you have an obligation to make sure it's done legally and appropriately," the person said. "Just throwing up your hands and saying, 'We're not willing to give up this profit center' is unacceptable, and particularly so when it comes from a religious organization."
I'm not getting how this is different from any other classified ads where individuals post guns for sale. Transactions between private individuals are perfectly legal in Utah. And there are already laws in place that prohibit "restricted persons" from purchasing guns. A private seller should NEVER have to bear responsibility for the actions of an illegal buyer...because unless the buyer spontaneously ADMITS he is ineligible to possess a firearm, there is no legal way for a seller to verify his eligibility.

If YOU, Joe Citizen, want to be extra vigilant and ensure your gun isn't sold to a criminal, then sell it to a gun shop. You'll receive less for it most likely...but how much is a clear conscience worth to you?

Yeah, isn't that funny? He buys everything he wants. When the term was up he actually changed the law. He originally took office from Rudy Giuliani after 9/11. Giuliani offered to remain on board to help with all the issues NYC was facing after the attack. It was a real mess, lower Manhattan was shut down completely for a long time. He was afraid Rudy would interfere and rebuked his offer. Bloomy changes political parties like he changes (or doesn't) his shorts. Whenever the whim hits him he switches. He's been a democrat, republican and independent. When he starts to lose he changes the rules. A real wolf in sheep's clothing.

He is worth $19.5B in 2011 and is the 12th richest person in the whole US...of course he can buy anything he want. I like Rudy better than him anytime. I think one of our sons voted for Guillani last time...

Now I live in SC and am happy. People wonder, including myself, how can the NRA be against restrictions on say assault weapons, or even private no paper sales at a gun show, where the guy at the next table, who is a FFL dealer, must have paperwork filled out. The answer is epitomized by the little pissant from NYC---you cannot trust him on anything--you know he is lying because his mouth is moving. If you give him an inch on anything relating to gun control, he will take a mile. Just this patently amoral exercise in SC using trickery to get legitimate gun dealers hung up in illegal-type sales is an example of the kind of squirrely weasel this turd really is. Bet your bippee he has a handgun as he talks gun control etal.

The Anti Gun Scheme is that truth and facts don't matter.
Make the headline. Make the statement. Repeat often and the public will believe.
Even the name is a lie, Mayors Against Illegal Guns. (if you are against us you must be in favor of illegal guns) What did the gun do to break the law?
The true meaning is Mayors Against Your Guns.
For those that think this is just a New York issue I say beware.
This nut job wants his NY Sullivan laws nation wide and is building his network with your mayor, and your police chief and you US Representative and Senator.
He got the NY AG to make undercover gun buys from Individuals at gun shows but the headlines lead you to think the dealers were rampantly circumventing the law at gun shows.
He then went on the internet and did the same thing with online sales.
Objective - MAKE HEADLINES (don't let truth and facts get in the way)
