I pray that the article is true, and that there is someone with enough integrity and courage to tell the truth. I am really happy to hear someone publicly call out the inciter in chief. Way to go Newt for saying what needs to be said, That our "fearless leader" ::sarcastic;: is divisive, inflammatory, and out of line.
On a second note, I have no doubt in my mind that Martin was not the choir boy he is portrayed to be. We always remember the good about the deceased and never the bad. That being said could this have been avoided? Most likely.
I know I will be watching this pretty closely to see how it plays out. I hope all parties involved take into consideration the only good thing the orator in chief had to say. That "All Americans have some soul searching to do".
In the case of the investigators; that they have the backbone to let fact and not public opinion come out as the result of this.
In the case of the lawmakers; that they see that our right to defend ourselves is tantamount to enacting feel good BS legislation that gives a criminal more right than his/her victims.
And as for the rest of us; that our "Soul Searching" leads us to vote any Jack @$$ out of office who thinks that they alone are the savior of the us, and they know what's good for us the people!
I know it's long but on an ironic note: did anyone else's browser bring up a "Front Sight" add with this article? I darn near fell out of my chair laughing when I clicked the link.
