    From what I am reading this legislation is lifting complicated restrictions of concealed/open carry in Ohio.
    ~
    This will be an improvement for all of us Ohio residents.

    Yep. And those of us who are from other states too that spend time there. Just stopping in at the local OHP required dropping the gun and ammo in the car/truck before entering the building. The public was restricted to a small area and it had a S. FL bank teller like setup to talk to an officer. Now you would be able to go in without disarming.

    Some of it is good, other parts still need to be taken out completely... Most notably the "requirement to notify".... A CONVICTED FELON who is "unlawfully" armed has more "rights" in OHIO than a CCW does (the right to NOT incriminate themselves).....
