A Few QUICK questions

Hey guys. I'm new to the forums and just had a few questions...

1) I have a NON criminal child support bench warrant in another state... will that show up on NICS and disqualify me?

2) I've searched and searched and searched... is there an office local to Pensacola, FL?

1) I would contact Jon H. Gutmacher, Esq.
He literally wrote the book on "Florida Firearms law, use & ownership"
He has a website where you can send him an e-mail.. He is pretty good about replying to requests.


2) Call the Dept of Agriculture in Tallahassee, they can tell you where the local offices are.. I know there is one in Tampa, but not sure about Pensacola..

Thanks a lot buddy. I'll send him an email. Applying in person to get it back faster would probably be worth the 2 hour drive to Tallahassee if they have an office over there.
