OC is not legal statewide, with a few exceptions. I'm going to guess you aren't fishing or hunting at the mall.

That aside, there's nothing illegal about carrying where no carry signs are posted. If they notice (which they shouldn't, if you're doing it right) and you are asked to leave, leave. If you don't it's trespassing. Other than that, nothing to worry about.
