Default FL Non-Residents, Heads up here!

I hope that those who are seeking a FL non-resident will take a peek in here..also up to us to try and pass this info on.

The following states will honor the FL concealed weapon license ONLY IF the license holder is a legal resident of the State of Florida.

Colorado--Kansas--Michigan--New Hampshire--West Virginia

I for one didnt know this..now I do, thanks to a enclosed pamphlet.

The same goes for Florida. Florida only honors resident permits from the states with which it has reciprocity. The only nonresident permit Florida honors is its own.

But we do need a nonresident Florida permit if we don't have resident permits in our home states and we want to carry in Florida.
