Under the new "keep it in you car at work" Law. Why does the house of mouse think they are except from complying?????

They are basing their exemption on a last minute inclusion in the law which allows an employer who imports, manufactures or deals in explosives to .be exempt.

The legislators claim that this was to exempt those companies in the defense field and those whose primary business is in explosives.

The mouse claims that since they have a federal permit according to this new law, and they deal in fireworks each day that they are exempt.

This is one for the courts, and the legislature to figure out and possibly amend the wording of this law

I know at last count there were over 20 complaints from employees, including many from Disney. He is definitely reviewing these cases, and it will be interesting to see his decision.
