For $125 per person, I'll travel to your home/place of business in the NPR area, within a one hour driving radius, and train you in the use of handguns and firearm safety.

No extraneous baloney, no "history of firearms" nonsense that will not do anything for you to keep you safe when handling your firearm. The nuts and bolts of it. After the academia, we'll go to a local range (or your own property if it is large enough) for you to practice the safe handling and possession of a firearm with live ammunition.

Use of firearms, ammunition, ear and eye protection is included.

The length of the course will depend upon your abilities as a student. You could pass in 30 minutes, or it could take 8 hours. The time it takes is irrelevant. What is important and relevant is your ability to be safe and confident with a "hot" firearm, because that is what you should expect of yourself, and what you should deliver to your family...Confidence with your abilities to be safe around them, and to defend them.

The course will also satisfy the requirements for receiving a Mass LTC, if you decide to become a resident there. Extra time would be required for that endorsement if desired, due to the needed curricculum addition, but no extra charge however.

After you receive the certificate you will be directed to the regional licensing division, where they take your prints and photos. No need to go to the local Sheriff's office, etc. (I bet they didn't tell you that either.)

Hello, my name is Jeff Morelock. I am an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, and I would love to be able to teach you how to shoot or help you meet the training requirements you need to get your Florida concealed weapons permit.

I have been a Police Officer, SWAT Team Leader, or Armed Executive Protection Specialist for most of my professional career.

My assignments have included working undercover in a high school as a student, hunting war criminals as the team leader of a United Nations International Police SWAT team in war-torn Kosovo.

While serving as a local police officer here in Florida I became a well respected police field training officer, responsible for training new police officers fresh out of the police academy. I enjoyed teaching new police officers how to survive on the streets, and become the best police officers possibly could.

My police street patrol, undercover experience, and my experience as a trainer of police officers makes me a natural choice for your Florida concealed weapons permit training instructor, or your advanced handgun self-defense training training.

I had the opportunity to attend lots of training that I will pass on to you. Even though I am lucky enough to be considered highly skilled, I am down to earth, patient, and supportive.

The nature of work has always required me to be armed, so I know what you need to know to be a safe and confident armed citizen. As a the owner of a licensed executive protection agency here in Florida, I am still required to work armed because I personally leads every protection detail my company performs.

Much of my armed assignments were as an undercover detective in a multi-agency narcotics task force. This type of assignment meant carrying a concealed weapon during drug deals where my life was in extreme danger. Keeping my gun hidden was essential to keeping my "cover" intact. I am not telling you this to impress you, I just want you to know that I know what works and what doesn't because "I practice what I teach."

As the leader of the international SWAT team pictured to the right, my skills with firearms were crucial to my safety, my team's safety, and the safety of innocent people who lived in the areas where my team operated.

I still depend on the skills I will teach. I am the owner of Tampa Bay's Elite Executive Protection and Armed Bodyguard Agency. Staying current on the latest concealed carry techniques and laws is a matter of life and death me and the clients I protect.
