It seriously matters for crime you were arrested and convicted of. When your record is "Sealed" it generally means that the contents and other details of your case during hearings and/or trial is sealed unless opened by court order, but, the date of your arrest and charges is open to all law enforcement and they will know! So don't lie on your app.
