Default Naples, Florida Mayor under fire for membership in gun control group

The e mails started filling Naples Mayor Bill Barnett's inbox in early September. The letters mostly said the same thing: Community members criticized him for his decision and asked him to resign. But it wasn't irrigation water or annexation that prompted hundreds of residents to e mail and call Barnett's office. Instead, it was a year old decision to join Mayors Against Illegal Guns.
