70 Year Old CCW Has To Use His Firearm

Last week in Largo, Florida, a man and his wife returned home from dinner to find an SUV in their driveway. Michael Petryszak drew his .357 revolver whcih he is lisensed to carry concealed and opened the garage door. A man left the side yard and jumped in the SUV. The SUV was partially blocked in and then tried to back over Michael. That's when he shot down at the driver side tire hitting it twice. The burgler got away but police arrested a possible suspect - Robert Howard Jacobs of Largo, FL - on unrelated charges.
