I am an Illinois resident and I have non resident NH, PENN, FL, and Utah and a stupid FOID card in Illinois

I have a resident NV, and they just charged my CC today for Utah Non-residence.

Anyone know how long the wait is after they charge your card or cash your check? I heard that you used to be able to track that on the website, but I cannot find it there.
