Idaho CCW Help Please

Hello,

I'm new to the site and I was wondering if I can get a CCW in Idaho w/ a suspended drivers license? My license is suspended over a speeding ticket that I didn't pay. I don't have the money to pay for the ticket and the $85.00 re-instatment fee.


My criminal background is clean. The worst thing I have ever done was getting a parking ticket and three speeding tickets.


Any help would be appreciated.
