Is U.S.A still distributing weapons in Africa? Is the United States still distributing weapons in certain African countries?.
I heard there was a weapons distribution program, to combat communism, and internal government instability.

I wish we were. In fact, I think in all countries run by insane dictators (Iran, North Korea, Cuba) we should just fly over and drop cases of assault weapons and ammo so that the good people could start a revolution. That would be a better use of our foreign aid money aid than just about anything else we do with it.
