45 magazines capacity's and interchangeable with?

I have a 10 round. The package told me what .45's it was compatible with. I have a picture showing a extra piece of plastic preventing me from inserting it too far. I just took the pics right now for you. Sorry about the poor quality. It was on a camera phone. I put a pen where the plastic I was talking about is, and next to a pack of smokes so you can get an idea of size. Keep in mind only the plastic part sticks out. Only aobut a 1 1/2 inch. Hope this helps.
