    Interesting concept, though I don't like the way the guy flags himself to fold it back up. Not the most subtle and compact device to be carrying around the neighborhood.

    I would jump on it for novelty value only.

    One problem is I am sure the ATF will classify it as a SBR.

    Assuming that the firearm is semi-automatic and NOT FULL-AUTO, I think it would be considered an AOW (Any Other Weapon) similar to a briefcase gun or a canegun. AOW's fall under NFA rules.
