And because the suspect is not a person of color, the DOJ will not investigate??? Has no one in your area not contacted the FBI for a Civil Rights complaint(s)?

Well let's see, details are "sketchy" at this point. First he and his "partner" Tasered him. (2 man job don't ya' know). Then came the Pepper Spray. Finally he shot him in the head from 2 or 3 feet away. Then, just for kickers, they shot his dog. This guy is straight from the Beaver Cleaver residence. Wonder if he played baseball with Wally and the "Beav"?? Perhaps when he gets out on bond he can have a few with the Vegas Metro boys who whacked Scott. They should have quite a trophy room between them all. Notice he wasn't arrested for murder, only "Aggravated Assault". I guess he didn't have the muzzle close enough to his head. Oh well, at least it appears he got a freebie with the dog. At least up to this point. Bill T.

Violence escalates in the heat of things at a supersonic pace. I would hope and pray LEO's acted accordingly. If this man was tasered twice and still would not comply with submission. Then he is also culpable. Unfortunately he paid the ultimate price.

I don't buy that. You don't have the right to kill somebody just because they won't "submit" to you even if you are a cop. A guy on a bike trying to ride away does not seem like a lethal threat to me.
If it turns out the dead guy wasn't a lethal threat, I hope the cop goes away forever.
