New to the Forum

Greetings all,

I'm new to the forum. Interested in learning about how people have obtained CCW permits in Delaware. I completed a course a couple years ago, but never did anything with it.

Any advice, particularly about the newspaper posting (Wilmington, DE area), would be appreciated.

If I am correct, you will have to take the course again and follow through with all the paper work. Then you will have to go to your local sheriff office and pay a fee while they do a background check on you. Once they finish that process which could take up to four to six weeks. You come back clean and you go back to your sheriff office and take your picture or produce a pass port type picture and pick up your license. Good luck and I know that you will be okay.
