Class 3 gun trust

Hi Im Scott and I was wondering about gun trusts I have one drawn up but I dont know how to use it to make a purchase of a supressor . Do I send it in to the ATF or whgoat thanks for any help

I created a revocable trust when I purchased a 22 Sparrow from a local class 3 dealer. I sent a notarized copy of the trust paperwork in with my BATFE application. Three months later the dealer calls to tell me that my tax stamp is in and I can pick up my suppressor.

Thats all there is to it. Get a trust, come to a class 3 SOT like me, and buy it. We fill out the paperwork and send it in with your $200 payment to IRS care of the Branch.

When it returns, come pick it up.

When i fill out the paperwork for my purchase do I use my name and ss# and use my picture or what do I put in its place ? If somebody has a copy of the from filled out exactly the way it is supposed to be my e-mail is shovelheaddred@hotmail.com
