The Pistol Pad

I recently got a device called the Pistol Pad, actually two of them, for the wife and I, to protect our handguns in the nightstands in our MBR. Our security technician enrolled them into our security system and explained their operation. Simple and straight forward, easy to use and works whether our security system is armed or not. Has anyone else got any experience with this device, if not I'll keep you posted. So far so good, no false alarms and seem to be working fine. We are concerned about our pistols walking off as we are having quite a lot of work being done in our home this summer.
