Not sure if you reload but you can now get rubber bullets that fire using strictly the force of the primer - no powder involved. They should be very quiet. I believe I saw them on Midwayusa.com.

You can get some 'Colibri' 22 ammo(not spelled correctly) from Midwayusa & shoot them without any mods on your gun or silencer paperwork. These are the 20 grain lead bullets,primer only, listed at 500 fps. No they won't cycle a semi-auto. I shoot them in the backyard, they would also work in the basement.
