    You can get some 'Colibri' 22 ammo(not spelled correctly) from Midwayusa & shoot them without any mods on your gun or silencer paperwork. These are the 20 grain lead bullets,primer only, listed at 500 fps. No they won't cycle a semi-auto. I shoot them in the backyard, they would also work in the basement.
