It'll probably go off half cocked. Cost would be way over normal the price for a similar model. The cost of it would be over 10 year period and it would be GOOD for ALL Americans. BUT we need it now, we can't wait for a full review. (Probably end up going over to Mexico anyway. You know that's where all the guns go these days)

Said weapon will (because of cost overruns) be too expensive to purchase by your average "poor person", so a special tax credit will be granted to "poor people" so they can purchase one and defend themselves........ ostensibly from ticked off taxpayers! ()

.... but more likely from their fellow "poor people".
