slide pin for sig p 238

has anyone lost the slide pin out of a sig p 238 while shooting. i have a p 238 sig in 380, while shooting the slide pin fell on the ground. im wondering if anybody has experienced this?

We only have about 160 rounds through ours, but no issue with the slide pin..
Hummm I wonder if it was fully inserted??

Haven't experienced anything negative with my P238 and I've sent almost 1000 rounds down range with it!
