Well, that was some creative lawyering. Probably the critical fact in the story was that the employee was able to remove the gun from the factory before stamping, revealing negligent inventory controls. Also, interesting to learn that Kahr Arms' owner is the son of the Unification Church founder. (Glad I'm a Sig girl.)

I hate to think that this could cause other courts to validate lawsuits against other gun manufacturers. This could open up Pandora's Box and raise havoc with gun sales here in America.
Also, it is very easy to see the bias in this report...coming from England where there is no history of weapons ownership, and where soon they will want to change their attitude what with the influx of a Muslim country into their own.
