    Default Ruger SR9C

I'm seriously considering this weapon for my primary carry weapon. Anyone have any thoughts? I saw this for this first time over the weekend and love the size and feel of the Ruger SR9C.

I just bought one a few weeks ago. I love the gun it shoots well, the trigger feels great, easy to clean. I have only put about 400 rounds through of a few different types and have found no issues so far.

    Default Love it

I love it. Carries 17 rounds (unless you live in a communist state). Shoots easy and accurately . Real easy to clean and reliable.

In about 2000 rounds I have had one failure to eject, but in the same box I had a squib load on a different gun, so I won't blame the gun.

It is my EDC in a Crossbreed Supertuck. Sometime it will be poking me in the side and I'll think to myself that it is too big (I'm a smaller guy 5'7") but then I look at my Sig P238 and think wimpy wimpy wimpy.

I carry the P238 when it is just impractical for the SR9c or as a BUG.

This is an excellent gun. My recommendation would be to shoot it before you buy it and make sure you like how it shoots.

    Default Buy it already...

This is a fantastic little 9mm! I have had zero problems with FTE's or FTL's. The rail in front of the trigger guard is perfect for a crimson trace laser and the gun comes with an extra mag (a 17 rounder). You will not be disappointed.

I picked one up about two months ago and have around 1000 rounds through it. So far, it's great...easy to shoot, great trigger, relatively thin and light, takes full-size SR9 magazines.

Forget that sissy pistol and get yourself a Glock.

Yeah get a gun with less options and looks like a squirt gun while costing more money simply because there's a bandwagon!

sissy pistol? maybe before you open your mouth you may want to ask. Yes, I do own a Glock...a Glock 21 and i'm a dead shot from 20 yards. Not too many are from that distance with a .45.

I DID buy the SR9C last evening and will shoot it this evening, have it in a Uncle Mikes holster and its on me this second...it's alot easier to carry than my G21.
