You asked the right guy! My primary carry gun. I will recommend an iwb and owb holster, but first let me tell my thoughts on the px4 sc

    Pros: -reliability
    -high capacity
-claimed in the top if not the most accurate sub compact. Shoots better than a number of compacts even
-snap grip and Large back strap will fit almost anyone's hand fully
-eats all ammo but stay away from steel casings

Cons: -weight is a little much for a sub
    - very wide
    - sights eventually move after several hundred rounds (I moved them back with a vise and screw driver, scratched it a little)

It can be submerged and water and fire just fine. Get some Speer gold hollow points and your read for the streets :)

Holsters I have a fobus paddle for own should run like $18 off Amazon. Best iwb is the Nate tactical ^2. Google it make amazing iwb and I can conceal the storm in shorts and a tee with breeze. Pants got to use the 4-5 o clock position. But works amazing!!! Will run about $45, well worth it.

+1 for White Hat Holsters. I love my Maxtuck. Rediculously comfortable. You can find my full review with pictures in the Concealed Carry section.

The Subcompact does not have the rotating barrel design it uses a locked breech tilt barrel system. Only the full size and compact have the rotating barrel. The Subcompact is still quite light as far as recoil goes. I personally carry the PX4 Compact 9mm IWB 14-16 hours a day. I carry at 3:30ish and the pistol disapears in suprisingly light clothing. Easily concealed and a dream to shoot. Congratulations on picking a great little pistol.

I purchased a PX4 Storm Subcompact about 1 month ago. The reasons for my purchase were:
    1. The gun looks bad ass!
    2. It got really good reviews.
    3. I've always wanted to own a Beretta
    4. (and probably most important) with a young family I loved the fact that the gun had so many safety features like the decocker/safety.

Today I noticed the decocker is sticking in the "fire" position. After a little research online it seems I'm not the only one. Also there is a piece of the black coating that has flaked off near the rear site. This coating is supposed to be very durable and should not have flaked off, especially for a new gun that has only had 500 rounds through it.

I'll be calling Beretta tomorrow and posting here how they resolve the issue. I'm hoping for them to send me return shipping and take care of it completely. I'll repost the results here.

I actually use this holster for carry...it's simple, durable and does the job for me. I'm sure others can offer up their suggestions. This one is economical. I have the PX4 SubComp...works very well.

On the Storm holster question, can anybody recommend a good LEFT HANDED holster? I'm having a hard time finding non-generic holsters for lefties for this gun. More on topic, had my full size Storm for 2 years, and I love it.

White Hat makes a left handed holster for the PX4 in all three sizes. Most comfortable holster I've ever owned including the supertuck I used for a Smith & Wesson 9mm I used to carry. The turn around time is great as well. I had my holster in hand thirteen days after ordering. Awesome for a custom made holster.

I own a Ruger PX4 Storm 40 cal. Love the gun I carry it in a crossbread holster tuckable, best holster I ever had. Real comfortable with the full size 40 cal. and you don't feel the weight of the full size Ruger.

Just as an FYI Beretta makes the PX4 Storm not Ruger.
