That's Glock and Rock River. Lol
So lately I'm seeing more and more comments on this and other forums and even at the LGS here where I live. Ya know? The ones that say " I wouldent own that gun its junk!" When in reality its a well reviewed gun with great shooting ability. I hate that! I own a few guns and a lot of people look down their noses at me when I mention them. Just because or doesn't say Colt or Kimber or Flock or River ect... doesn't mean its not a great fire arm! Would I like a Kimber? He'll yeah! I'm just not in a position to spend that kind of money as a lot of the working class is in the same boat. I'm not mad cause Joe blow down the road or on the forums I'm on has a higher quality or higher priced gun. That's great for him and I hope I can too someday. All I ask is don't look down on me like I'm a piece of trash because I don't own an expensive and fancy firearm. Know that I've worked my ars off to get what I have and deserve to be proud of that and so does every other middle class blue collared man or woman. Remember your no better than me and you may have a high priced gun, but that doesn't mean your a marksman! Thanks for letting me rant.

There is a famous saying about scooters and fat girls. Some guns are like scooters, you don't talk about them... Enjoy them. I for one collect, carry, and shoot smith and wesson classic revolvers I wouldn't own anything else.
I'm pretty sure everyone can agree Hi-Point is garbage :) lol

Hear hear, love the rant! I get alot of flack for having a Tauras pt145 for ccw, 600+rnds no issues. I hear hi-point pistols are junk but I hear nothing but good things about their carbines. And as a working man, yes, been saving for almost a year for a RRA RA-15, almost there.

This video makes me laughs and supports my Hi-Point handguns claim hahaha

Exactly what kind of junk are we talking about?

With some exceptions... I am all for budget weapons. I have found that some of the cheapest firearms out there are some of the best! I don't make a lot of money, so "bang for your buck" is a huge thing with me. As well as practicality, philosophy of use, and personal comfort obviously.
I really love all my Taurus, Rossi, Norinco, Mossberg, and Century Arms weapons! Even a Ruger or two are "cheap" weapons and function flawlessly(P345,P89). Everybody knows Mossberg as being fine weapons, but they're still looked down upon by some as the poor mans shotgun.
I own two Century Arms AKs, both have withstood terrible abuse on my part! I have fired 500-750rds through in a matter of minutes with no failures, I've thrown them on the ground many times, I've covered them with sand and mud... picked 'em up, racked the bolt and fired! Still, the work! Not bad for a $500 gun!
I picked up a Norinco copy of an 870 12ga for $200, hasn't had a hiccup yet! That weapon too gets thrown on the ground, still rock solid.
My Rossi(Taurus now) .38 is just as good as my Smith & Wesson model 15!
I have found that it's not always "you get what you pay for" when it comes to firearms.
For those who fight for it, life has a flavor the protected will never know.
