11 weeks and waiting for local Concealed Carry permit in CT What is the average turn-around time frame for approval or denial of a Concealed Carry Permit in Connecticut? I have been waiting 11 weeks from Waterbury Police Department with no response.
What is the time frame in other similar Concealed Carry States?

I got my Ct permit in 23 days....... I've been told it only to be 8 weeks. Just another town disregarding the law.

I got mine, out of state from Florida, took around 3 weeks.

Took me 11 days in Florida, home to by far and away the most permits in the nation. Great weather too - 80 and sunny on Christmas Eve!

6 weeks in VA. (Which is the max they have)
89 days for resident SC and 3 weeks for non-resident Arizona.
Mine took 49 days for non resident permit from CT. And rotting waiting on NY 146 days

Got mine in a month here in MN, our law is if it takes over 30 days the have to issue it no matter what.
