I plan to boycott any travel through Illinois. Unless someone puts a gun to my head!! *snicker* *snicker*
Gun free zones are safe havens...........for criminals.
Laws govern the lesser man, Morals govern the greater man.
Two big points here:
1. Those "evil" police just killed another "innocent" citizen.
2. The story is fake because it's illegal to carry in Chicago.
Son, read the top right hand side...you live in SC, I live in Chesterfield, Missouri...unfortunately when we have to fly commercial, we can only get out of Lambert Intl via Chicago because we use AA where my husband used to work. It is one of the two reasons we have to go to Chicago ... just passing through.

We lived in St Peters from 1997 - 2004
I visit St. Peters every now and then...my Jewish optometrist has his business there and it is nice to talk to him -- he is sooooo honest and he is one of the best in MO. (as we were told.) Anyway, we only have a couple of friends in SC -- the current chairman of the board of our flying club and another couple who works for the FAA. Our good friends here across the road from us has a house down Hilton Head Island at the Sea Pines Plantation. We visited there a few times...but they live here in Chesterfield. Nice place...

My wife opened the Lowes in O'Fallon....We then moved to Nashville, Tn and they to SC when my Father got so sick he could not care for himself....We had a couple of good years before at 91, he decided he would not take kidney dialysis any longer.
We get up that way once a year to see friends we have that live in the area...Or we will pull our camper and meet in the middle.
