Don't get me wrong here, certainly the multiple rifle sales reporting needs to be defeated. That being said, why the sensationalist headline? Gun registration scheme?!? Really?? Come on. Those are the tactics the anti-gun crowd uses. We should be above that. Lowers credibility. Just tell the truth.

I don't see this as sensationalist. The ATF illegally ran guns to Mexico while planning on using their own actions as justification for an increased burden on the law abiding gun store owners. That is a bump set spike victory by the ATF. What other laws do they have to break to take away more of your rights.

I don't see the need to buy more than one gun within five days, but what a cornhole way of forcing you're legal purchases to be recorded and kept for who knows how long. Back door gun registration should not be tolerated.

How about forcing the government to enforce the laws already on the books. Now there is a novel idea.

Sensationalism and sex--it's what sells. I guess to grab peoples emotions and attention is why they do it. I certainly believe though that the Fast and Furious scandal was a scheme for nat'l registration of firearms. The power elite been wanting to do that for years. Same thing happened in 30's Nazi Germany.

Funny, I have tried to bring up this site from this reference and also from the NRA home site. Can't get it to come up anywhere. Is someone trying to hide something from us? Surely not!

It is strange that I have been unable to pull up the NRA article through this site, the NRA website or by a regular internet search. Could it be that someone doesn't want this article disseminated to the general public? Sort of makes one wonder.

Here is a website where you can register and make direct comment to your Congressional Representatives. It is a GREAT site, and I have been getting replies from both houses of Congress...

You mean like the Immigration Laws? Seems to me I heard something like "...uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States..." in that Oath of Office a few Januarys back. Did I not?
