The secret service responds to threats, yes. But, I don't recall them investigating the filmmakers who made the movie about assassinating bush.
Saying/writing you are "going to do it" or saying you would "like to do it".. So that difference of expression should be suppressed? Oh how sterile and pure the world will be... People mean things that they do not say and say things that they do not mean...

If Mossad decides to whack somebody - anybody - it's a pretty good bet that they can pull it off. That said, if they "did" the Mighty Kenyan it would certainly chill American good will toward Israel unless they pulled it off in such a way that they weren't the obvious perps.
