This isn't exactly true. You're right that a lot of the statements weren't actually made by the sheriff. A quick search didn't verify that a coroner actually was quoted.

I didn't see anything on Snopes about the sheriff's alleged comment from the OP's link that said -

“You kill a policeman it means no arrest, no Miranda rights, no negotiations, nothing, but as many bullets as we can shoot into you, PERIOD.”

That's the comment I'm most suspicious of. From the looks of that article it sure seems as though they were quoting him. That's the type of comment a LEO makes when he wants to lose his job and get into a world of civil and criminal trouble. I went to a couple of newspaper articles concerning the sheriff's comments and the one above isn't mentioned. It seems that the AM radio station is the only "source" putting forth the rather inflamatory quote.

I thought the statements attributed to the sheriff and the coroner were pretty funny.

Obama does not wish to offer amnesty to illegal immigrants who commit OTHER crimes while they are here. And last I checked, Gingrich was also suggesting amnesty for illegals.

First of all, Gingrich is no better than BHO...Secondly there should be NO chance to commit another crime to begin with. The ILLEGAL immigrants need to be stopped before they get here, not after they have commited a crime!
