Top of the list, the strongest thing I drink when i carry is iced tea period.

In Texas, you do not have a choice. Carring a gun while even have one drink, beer or whatever is esentially against the law. Texas law says it is in the opinion of the officer, not a judge or anyone else if you are impaired. That means you are going to jail and loosing your cc licence.

Texas is a fairly oppressive state regarding carrying handguns.
