Is This A Good Deal?

I have a Taurus model 85-B2 (circa 1990) 38 Special. I was offered $200 toward a trade for a NIB Taurus 709 Slim that they are selling for $335. I don't know much about the Taurus revolvers....this was my first handgun and has been laying around for years....Is this a good deal??

Any feedback would be appreciated.
