A good revolver can be anything from a .22LR to a .44 magnum. What caliber are you looking for? How will you be carrying it (are you carrying it)? Will it be for target shooting? Will it be for personal defense?Originally Posted by justxboxin

Personal Ccw mostly open carry . Pocket for times when that's not good . And either a .357 or .44 snub I'm stuck between the pug , and lcr

If you are looking for a good all-around, easy to conceal, easy to carry light weight revolver, then I cannot recommend highly enough the Ruger LCR. You can get one in .38 Special +P or you can get one in .357 mag. They shoot great with the sweetest trigger press you can have; and they are durable, IMO. I have owned each for over a year and have not had one problem and I have run hundreds of rounds through them. For self defense, I would also recommend getting the Crimson Trace Lasergrips on it. You can get the grips with the LCR, or you can purchase the lasergrips later. Very easy to install.

Hate to break it to you treo ... Going in ten minutes to the lgs ... Down payment time .... And yes been seriously thinking about the lcr .It might be worth it if you promise not to buy another gun
