A while back I saw a show on one of the Outdoor Channels about a shotgun ammo that won't penetrate thru walls. For the life of me I can't remember what the ammo is called. Does anyone know?
Thanks!!!

I did not see the video.
However, as far as using 8 or 6 shot? It all depends on how close you are. I have cut a squirrel in half a 15 ft. (He jumped.) Most rooms are not 15 feet. Think about having a full choke, at say 8 feet from the end of the barrel to the wall? 8 would probably have less effect after the dry wall. I still keep 6 around the house for HD. At least I am not going to take out the neighbors with 00. Make your self a box 16" by maybe 30 with dry wall on both sides and shoot a couple of shots at close range to see what happens.
Psalm 82:3-5
Depend on how far from the wall you are and what they are made of. Frangible ammo will most of the time not penetrate 2 layers of drywall. The problem is that if the load will not go through a couple layers of drywall then it is not going to be very effective on a bg..
Any suggestions would be helpful
