Sounds like a classic case of having a finger where it doesn't belong.

Well at least they didn't say the gun fired by itself.

This was most definitely a case of the finger in the wrong place.

But law enforcement officers are the only one qualified to handle a firearm.

I truly hope his injuries are minor.

That is what that DEA agent told us right before he shot himself in the foot.
