I thought you were innocent until proven guilty. I hope the cops are right in what they have done. If not...When they catch the perp this guy will be able to have a field day with them in court.

If he's too dangerous to own a firearm, then why hasn't he been arrested?

This seems like a BS "precautionary" measure.
