Doesn't seem like much of an improvement, but I suppose baby steps are better than no steps.

Don't know about you all but I have CCW's in most of Disney's Orlando parks, why shouldn't the employees be any different?
I used to take my grandkids to Disney parks every year or so. Then I found out about their "gay day"...... I haven't been back since, and have no intention to return.....
Not trying to convince anyone else of anything, it's just my opinion.
