License Verification - NYC

Is there a way to confirm if a person is licensed to own and/or carry a firearm in NYC? I'm already aware of confirming security guard licensing (armed) through: LICENSING STATUS PAGE . Are there any other resources to confirm basic ownership and carry (concealed carry) for individual license holders?

As for your question, isn't the list of carry licenses in PRNYC public information? If so, then you'd simply file a FOIA request to verify someone's license, that's all.
