New Secitons: Instructor List, Gun Ranges, and Gun Stores

I have added sections to the site to list ccw instructors, gun ranges, and gun stores by state. There isn't much right now, just a few things some users have already submitted. I will be trying to get these sections filled up as soon as I can. It took all day just to get these setup! But now that they are live I think with everyone's help we can get a pretty good database up pretty quick! If you'd like to help just visit the state you'd like to add to and post the info for me to add it to the list, pretty simple.
